About Patrycja Pakla

Patrycja Pakla is a real estate lawyer with Norton Rose Fulbright Dyczkowski and Partners, LP in Warsaw. She focuses her practice on advising investors, developers, owners and tenants on land development and construction law, as well as on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including forward funding, sale and lease back, forward commitment and lettings. Patrycja’s experience also covers advising companies from renewable energy and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the Warsaw offices of leading international law firms. Patrycja is an advocate and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She is fluent and English and German.
