About Chris Kim

Chris Kim is a partner (senior foreign attorney) in the financial services practice group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. His primary areas of practice include regulatory investigation, and funds and investment management. He also advises on financial regulations, derivatives, securities, licensing and compliance matters. Before joining the firm, he served as head of legal at Barclays Korea, where he advised on complex regulatory matters, various products and transactions. He has also worked at a number of global banks in Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea.
