Bochan Kim is a senior foreign attorney licensed in New York (US), New South Wales (Australia) and New Zealand. Her practice focuses on cross-border regulatory compliance counselling and investigations. Ms Kim has extensive experience advising both domestic and international clients on cross-border regulatory matters, including responding to regulatory authorities following internal investigations. Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC after years of experience in a multinational US-based law firm, she has also worked on international arbitration and litigation matters, further broadening her expertise in handling complex cross-border matters.
