About Dohyung Koo

Dohyung Koo focuses mainly on the areas of environmental law, administrative litigation, government policy and regulation, and energy and natural resources. Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Mr Koo worked at ELPS Law Offices. He earned his BA in business management from Seoul National University and a JD from Seoul National University School of Law.
