About Dongwook Kang

Dongwook Kang is a partner in the financial services practice group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. His practice is mainly focused on funds and investment management, financial regulations and alternative investments. Aside from his extensive experience in advising Korean and foreign investment managers, institutional investors and finance companies, he also regularly deals with regulatory and transactional issues related to the formation and marketing of local and offshore funds, including the registration of offshore funds with the Korean regulator.
