About Eunyoung Row

Eunyoung Row focuses her practice on providing litigation and advisory services related to corporate civil and criminal matters, finance/virtual assets and compliance, etc. Ms Row earned her JD from Seoul National University School of Law. Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in February 2013, Ms Row has handled a number of litigation and advisory cases related to embezzlement, breach of trust, bribery and tax evasion (in which executives of business groups were indicted), as well as cases related to financial markets and virtual asset markets (including violations of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act (FSCMA)). She has also been active in other areas such as establishing compliance systems for major business groups.
