About Kyunghoon Lee

Kyunghoon Lee is a partner at BKL who focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defence and litigation in matters involving securities, finance, tax and construction/real estate. Prior to joining BKL in 2011, he served as a public prosecutor for 15 years at various district prosecutors' offices, focusing on special investigation and financial crime investigation. He has represented corporate clients in criminal matters involving M&A, the restructuring of financial institutions, financial regulations, approvals of financial institutions, capital markets and corporate finance, asset management and collective investment. Kyunghoon has served as a member of the Financial Services Advisory Committee under the Financial Supervisory Service since 2012.
