About Hojun Yeom

Hojun Yeom is a partner of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC whose practice focuses on IP litigation and counselling; trade secrets and corporate information protection; and IP transactions, licensing and strategy. After being appointed in 2003, Mr Yeom worked as a judge at the Patent Court and as the director of Research and Planning Department at the Judicial Policy Research Institute of Supreme Court. After 18 years on the bench, he retired as a presiding judge at the Intellectual Property Division of the Seoul Central District Court. He has completed a PhD in Intellectual Property Law at Seoul National University and has been a visiting researcher at Georgetown Law Center.
