About Hangil Lee

Hangil Lee is a Korea-licensed partner of the international arbitration and litigation practice group at BKL, who is also qualified in the state of New York. Her practice focuses on international civil litigation and arbitration, disputes involving financial institutions, corporate civil and criminal lawsuits, post-M&A and investment disputes, financial matters, construction and energy disputes with international elements. Hangil has advised and acted as counsel in international arbitrations under the major arbitration rules including the ICC, SIAC, KIAC, KCAB as well as in ad hoc arbitrations. She also has a variety of experience in interim measures prior to commencing arbitration, enforcement procedures following the arbitral award, set-aside applications, and litigations in foreign courts.
