About Hyun A Kim

Hyun A Kim is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Her practice covers the full spectrum of antitrust matters, including merger control filings, cartels, abuse of dominance, and unfair transactions. She was named as a “Recommended Lawyer” in Antitrust and Competition in 2018 and as a "Leading Practitioner" in competition in 2020 and 2021. Hyun A has lectured in the academic world based on her experience in corporate law, intellectual property rights, and the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act. She previously served as vice-chair of the IPBA Antitrust Committee and is currently a member of the IBA Antitrust Committee Cartel Working Group.
