About Hyuna Kim

Hyuna Kim is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Ms Kim is an environmental lawyer who has been representing clients in environmental regulations for the atmosphere, water quality, waste, and soil pollution, and new environmental regulations such as climate change issues including the greenhouse gas emissions trading system, chemical-related regulations, and integrated permits under the Act on the Integrated Control of Pollutant-Discharging Faculties. Ms Kim is serving as a non-standing member of the central environmental dispute mediation committee of the Ministry of Environment, member of the environmental damage relief council of the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute, and director of the Korea Environmental Law Association.
