Joceline Park is a senior foreign attorney in the corporate group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, and is licensed to practise law in the State of New York, USA. Ms Park advises domestic and international clients (including conglomerates, financial institutions, PEFs, and emerging companies) on transactional, regulatory, corporate and litigation matters. She has extensive experience of representing multinational clients in M&A, asset management and inbound and outbound investments, especially advising foreign clients making venture capital investments in Korean emerging companies and advising Korean clients making venture capital investments in foreign start-ups and emerging companies.
