About Jongwoo Kim

Jongwoo Kim is a senior foreign attorney in Bae, Kim & Lee LLC’s tax practice group. He primarily focuses his practice on cross-border out-bound transactions, including out-bound investment structuring, planning and treaty interpretation. Prior to joining in 2018, Jongwoo worked at the Seoul office of Deloitte for three years, specialising in various international taxation matters for institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds.
