About Jeena Kim

Jeena Kim is a partner of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Ms Kim practises sanctions and export control in the compliance advisory and internal investigation and enforcement contexts. She also advises on anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and international trade. Ms Kim has represented a broad range of domestic and multinational companies in criminal and regulatory investigations before Korean and foreign regulators. She also has extensive experience in advising clients across various corporate, regulatory and transactional matters, including navigating complex crisis management situations. She studied Law at Seoul National University and in 2014, she earned an LLM degree from Harvard Law School.
