About Jiyoung Sohn

Jiyoung Sohn is a partner at BKL, known for representing a broad range of multinational companies in criminal investigations and potential actions before Korean regulators. She has extensive experience in corporate investigations and regulatory matters concerning a variety of issues, including fraud, embezzlement, bribery, sexual harassment, and auto industry regulations. She earned a BA in Political Science from Yale University in 1999 and a JD from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007. Prior to her legal career, Ms Sohn worked as a management consultant at Accenture. She is currently admitted to the New York Bar.
