About Jiyoung Sohn

Jiyoung Sohn is a partner at BKL, known for representing a range of multinational companies in criminal investigations and potential actions before Korean regulators. She has extensive experience in corporate investigations and regulatory matters concerning a variety of issues, including fraud, embezzlement, bribery, sexual harassment and auto industry regulations. She assists clients with navigating complex crisis management situations and primarily focuses on the auto and consumer goods industries. She earned a BA in Political Science from Yale University and a JD from University of Pennsylvania Law School. Prior to her legal career, Ms Sohn worked as a management consultant at Accenture. She is currently admitted to the New York Bar.
