About Jiyoung Sohn

Jiyoung Sohn is a partner at BKL and represents a broad range of multinational companies in criminal investigations and potential actions before Korean regulators. She has extensive experience in corporate investigations and regulatory matters concerning a variety of issues, including fraud, embezzlement, bribery, sexual harassment and auto industry regulations. Jiyoung regularly advises clients on various corporate, regulatory and transactional matters, focusing primarily on the auto and consumer goods industries. She earned a BA in Political Science from Yale University in 1999 and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007, and is currently admitted to the New York Bar.
