About Jihye Choi

Jihye Choi is an attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, specialising in financial regulation, advisory for financial institutions, responses to regulatory inspections and sanctions, licensing and financial institution M&A. Her practice also covers capital market investigations and finance-related litigation. Before joining the firm in 2024, she served on the Deliberation Assistance Team of the Financial Services Commission’s Office of the Regulatory Reform and Legal Affairs Officer, where she reviewed sanctions cases, supported deliberation procedures and contributed to legislative and institutional improvements projects. She earned her JD from Yonsei University School of Law and is admitted to the Korean Bar.
