Recently, her legal practice has focused on consultation and compliance services related to trade secret protection, civil/criminal disputes involving trade secrets, consultation and litigation services related to trade mark and copyright, and matters related to personal information protection. She studied law at Ewha Womans University. After completing the Judicial Research and Training Institute course, she started her career as a judge with Daejun District Court before joining the intellectual property team at BKL in 2000. She earned an LLM degree from UC Berkeley School of Law and studied at Duke University School of Law. She has given lectures on the practice of trade secret and trade mark law at Yonsei University Graduate School of Law, on preparing legal documents at Ewha Womans University Law School and on the practice of privacy law at LAWnB.
