About Jihyun Kim

Jihyun Kim specialises in advising and representing clients in the area of intellectual property rights at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Her legal practice focuses on consultation and compliance services related to corporate trade secret protection, large-scale civil/criminal disputes involving trade secrets, and legal advice and litigations related to trade marks, copyright, design, and unfair competition issues. In addition, as a female attorney-at-law in the area of intellectual property rights, she has actively participated in various commissions and major organisations with respect to intellectual property rights. She also gave lectures on practical affairs in intellectual property rights, etc, at the Graduate School of Law in Korea.
