About Jinhyo Kim

Jinhyo Kim has, for the past 15 years, primarily practiced regulations for greenhouse gas emissions including K-ETS in South Korea and abroad, carbon neutrality and ESG activities, entry into the new renewable energy and carbon markets, and the carbon border adjustment mechanism (CBAM) in various industries such as semiconductor, steel, petrochemical, paper, textiles, and finance. Mr Kim earned an MS in economics from the University of Essex in the UK in 2005, and a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School in the US in 2011. He presently works as a senior foreign attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.
