About Jinwon Choi

Jinwon Choi is a partner at BKL and specialises in high-profile criminal cases, focusing on corporate and economic crimes, intellectual property, fair trade, labour, serious industrial accidents, compliance investigations, and ESG. He holds an LLB from Seoul National University and an LLM from Emory University School of Law. Choi has served as a judge advocate at the ministry of justice and the Prosecutors’ Office. He is a member of the National Police Agency’s Investigation Performance Evaluation Committee, and a lecturer on industrial accident prevention at Korea Enterprises Federation. Recognised for his expertise, he has been awarded several accreditations and accolades.
