About Jinwook Song

Jinwook Song is a partner at BKL and a key member of the criminal defence team and the compliance team. He advises both domestic and foreign clients on corporate internal control, financial management system analysis and codes of conduct. Jinwook graduated from Korea University Law School, completed the Judicial Research & Training Institute course, and acquired an LLM degree from Korea University Graduate School of Law with a thesis on property rights. He also received another LLM degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, and completed doctoral course work at Korea University Graduate School of Law.
