About Juho Yoon

Juho Yoon focuses his practice on disputes involving new technologies, with a particular focus on broadcasting communications, privacy compliance, e-commerce, blockchain, fintech and AI. Mr Yoon also has extensive experience in advising and litigating on matters concerning the discontinuation of KT’s 2G network; damages relating to network neutrality; M&A involving broadcasting businesses and telecommunications entities; privacy compliance and infringement; establishment of e-commerce websites and consumer protection; e-finance and credit information protection including licensing of MyData business entities; and establishment of AI guides. In addition, he is also a participant in a number of research groups led by the National Information Society Agency and the Financial Security Institute.
