About Ohryung Lee

Ohryung Lee is a partner in the corporate group at Bae, Kim & LLC, and is licensed to practise law in Korea. Ms Lee’s practice focuses on foreign and domestic M&A by private equity funds, corporate restructuring, investment in start-up companies and other general corporate legal affairs. She has been involved in various types of inbound and outbound investments by multiple domestic private equity funds, inbound investments by foreign enterprises, conversion by large domestic enterprises into holding companies, corporate restructuring, and has accumulated a wide range of experience in providing advice to venture companies/start-ups on attraction of investment, business structure and other general corporate legal affairs.
