About Mieun Roh

Mieun Roh is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, financial regulatory compliance, private equity and capital markets, including IPOs. Since joining the firm in 2002, she has advised leading domestic and global clients on major M&A transactions, IPOs and GDR offerings. Ms Roh earned her LLM from Georgetown University Law Center and is admitted to the New York Bar. She also gained international experience during her secondment at Linklaters in Hong Kong, and currently serves on the Listing & Disclosure Committee of the KOSDAQ Market Division at the Korea Exchange.
