About Samuel Lee

Samuel Lee is a senior foreign attorney in Bae, Kim & Lee LLC‘s IP group specialising in intellectual property law, international disputes, IP transactions and technology due diligence in the electrical, chemical (including pharmaceuticals and biologics) and software industries. In addition to advising foreign clients on Korean IP issues, Mr Lee advises Korean clients on cross-border IP issues, including US and German litigation, FTOs and licensing negotiations. Mr Lee utilises both his experience in-house (at Samsung Electronics and P&G) and law firm experience (Baker Botts and Dergosits & Noah) to provide clients with real-world legal advice and business-oriented solutions.
