About Sangchul Kim

Sangchul Kim is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. He has a particular focus on international litigation, overseas legal advice and domestic and international arbitration, with considerable expertise in the construction, project finance, insurance, nuclear power, semiconductor and pharmaceutical sectors. He is dually qualified as a Korean attorney and a solicitor of England and Wales, and has been involved in contract negotiations and disputes with foreign counterparties across the globe. Mr Kim has authored numerous publications and served on various committees, including as a specialist mediator of the Singapore International Mediation Centre.
