About Sarthak Malhotra

Sarthak Malhotra is a foreign attorney in Bae, Kim & Lee LLC’s international arbitration and litigation practice group and a member of the firm’s India practice. He represents corporations, investors, and states in international commercial and investment arbitrations, with experience in construction, energy, oil and gas, digital assets, post-M&A disputes, and public international law. Before joining Bae, Kim & Lee, he served as assistant legal counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, where he administered inter-state, investor-state, and commercial arbitrations and assisted in the appointment of arbitrators. Having lived, worked and studied in multiple countries, he brings a distinctly international perspective to his practice.
