His practice primarily focuses on antitrust, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate, employment and labour, intellectual property licensing, joint ventures and other forms of foreign investment. Sung-Ho pursues an active practice in counselling foreign companies in antitrust cases, including cases involving international cartels, vertical restraints, bid-rigging and other unfair trade practices. He also regularly counsels foreign corporations in their full range of business activities in Korea, from entity establishment, capital financing, regulatory permits, operational and contract matters to commercial disputes and government investigations.
