About Woojae Kim

Woojae Kim focuses on international arbitration and cross-border litigation, including large-scale construction arbitration cases. He completed his training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2009, and worked as a judge advocate for three years and as an attorney at Lee & Ko before joining Bae, Kim & Leein 2013. Mr Kim has handled various construction arbitration cases and advised clients on numerous construction-related claims. He has also represented clients in investor-state disputes and represented clients in a number of international arbitration cases involving general corporate matters, post-M&A and energy issues.
