About Yoon Park

Yoon Park enjoys a unique status in the market as one of very few lawyers to have an English law background. Having worked as an in-house counsel at a major shipping company, she has outstanding knowledge and networks in the shipping and shipbuilding industry. Ms Park has successfully acted for major Korean shipyards/shipowners in many London arbitration proceedings, for foreign insurers/reinsurers in international arbitration and cross-border disputes, and for traders and cargo owners in cross-border disputes. Her expertise also extends to international arbitration and cross-border disputes involving major construction projects around the world, including in Vietnam, the Philippines, Australia and Russia.
