About Gloria Niembro

Gloria Niembro has been a partner at Chevez since January 2023. Under her leadership, she has successfully built and steered a robust team capable of handling diverse intellectual property cases, encompassing prosecution, litigation, consulting services, contractual, and transactional matters. Gloria has handled several ground-breaking cases, and has been ranked by important publications, including Chambers. She is an active member of INTA, IBA and ABA, and a board member of the Mexican IP Association, AMPPI. Gloria holds an LLM from Cardozo School of Law and is admitted to practice law in New York.
