About Chunsoo Lee

Chunsoo Lee is a senior attorney practising primarily in intellectual property, product liability and protection of corporate and personal information. He joined Kim & Chang after leaving his position as a judge at the Seoul Central District Court in 2007. Since then, drawing on his engineering background, he has served as an advisor and legal counsel on wide range of technology-related legal matters for domestic and international companies. He has achieved successful outcomes in IP disputes involving patents, trade marks, copyrights, trade secrets, as well as product liability disputes in relation to electricity, electronics, machinery, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
