About Chang Sup Kwon

Chang Sup Kwon is a senior attorney at Kim & Chang and a member of the energy and M&A practice groups. He represents sponsors of domestic and overseas renewable energy projects (including Korea's first offshore wind projects) and has expertise in all commercial arrangements necessary for project development (including M&A, regulatory, feedstock supply, offtake, operation and maintenance, financing and construction issues). Chang is also active in public matters in the energy industry in Korea and has served as an advisor to the Korea National Oil Corporation and as a member of the Korea Power Exchange's Dispute Mediation Committee since 2020.
