About Andrew V. Krebsbach

Andrew V. Krebsbach is a foreign attorney in Kim & Chang’s investment management practice group. He advises private fund sponsors on matters involving the formation, fundraising and operation of a wide range of private equity funds and hedge funds, as well as managed accounts and customised investment solutions. He also advises investors in private funds and regularly counsels SWFs and other institutional investors on various aspects of their investment programmes, including participation in funds and co-investments. Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr Krebsbach practised at global law firms in Chicago and Singapore, most recently in the role of counsel.
