About Eun Sun Jang

Eun Sun Jang is a foreign attorney in Kim & Chang’s antitrust and competition practice group, specialising in the telecommunications and media technology (TMT) and healthcare industries. Ms Jang has a strong background in regulatory matters, with substantial experience representing multinational corporations in Korea Fair Trade Commission’s antitrust investigations and merger filing processes, as well as advising Korean clients with global filing projects. Recently, Ms Jang has assisted global tech companies in responding to Korea’s healthcare agencies’ investigations relating to the launch and marketing of digital health products.
