Hye Sung Kim
is a senior attorney at Kim & Chang. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate governance, shareholder activism defence, M&A, and capital market transactions. She is admitted to the Korean Bar and the New York Bar. She has authored a number of publications, including Corporate Elections and Shareholder Proposal Rights: From Case Studies in South Korea (University of Pennsylvania East Asia Law Review, 2012), Director’s Liability – A Worldwide Review Third Edition – Korea chapter (Co-author, Kluwer Law International, 2016) and Legal Issues Surrounding the Appointment of Audit Committee Members (Co-author, Korea Business Law Association, 2017).
