About John Sangho Park

John Sangho Park is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. Mr Park has extensive experience in international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development and related financing, and offshore investment, with a focus on energy and power, including renewables. Mr Park has been actively involved in advising Korean and international developers executing various energy projects in Asia, the Middle East and North America and advises clients on issues relating to concessions; development permits and licences; joint operating/development agreements; engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPC(IC)); project finance; gas sales; and LNG off-take.
