Jay J. Kim is a US attorney with over 30 years of experience, specialising in intellectual property, product liability and environmental, health and safety (EHS) issues across a range of industries. He is admitted to the New York Bar and the US Patent Bar, and is also licensed as a professional chemical engineer. Jay has handled many of the leading IP and product liability litigations in Korea.
