is a senior foreign attorney whose practice is primarily in the areas of securities/securities regulation, derivatives, structured finance, banking, anti-corruption and corporate governance. Prior to rejoining Kim & Chang, Ms Kim spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs, where she was a managing director in the legal department in South Korea and London. From 2000 to 2010 as head of the legal department in South Korea, she had oversight over legal, regulatory, compliance, governance and reputational issues related to the South Korean business operations. In London from 2010 to 2016, Ms. Kim was in charge of the legal team covering the secured funding, fixed income sales and trading businesses. Ms. Kim, who was admitted to the New York Bar in 1994, has a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and speaks Korean, English, Japanese, French and Italian.
