His work includes Korean regulatory advice, IP licence agreements, technology development and supply agreements, strategic IP asset purchases and sales, and IP litigation settlement agreements. Mr Lee’s practice also covers M&A, venture capital financings, private equity, foreign direct investment, public offerings, private placements, corporate governance, and strategic partnerships and joint ventures, while he has represented numerous multinational corporations as well as strategic and financial investors in cross-border and domestic transactions. He is admitted to the New York and California Bars, and has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
