About Sangmyoung Shin

Sangmyoung Shin is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practises in finance law areas, with a focus on project finance, energy banking and finance, and energy. As a member of the firm’s banking and finance practices, his experience includes the representation of financial institutions and borrowers in a wide range of domestic and cross-border lending, including project finance, ECA-backed finance, ship finance and corporate loan transactions. He has negotiated transactions in the United States, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia. He served as a member of the International Financial Industry Deliberation Committee for the government of Korea (Ministry of Economy and Finance).
