About Juan Pablo Sandoval

Juan Pablo Sandoval is a key member of the litigation and dispute resolution of the COMAD, S.C. team. He obtained his law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana, winning the EGEL medal and San Antonio de Loyola medal. Juan Pablo also has a post-graduate degree in commercial and international arbitration and has participated in several complex arbitration and third-party expert processes. He has advised both, domestic and multinational companies across different sectors of the construction industry – including on projects involving airports, hospitals, hotels, railways, oil and gas and energy – not only in the negotiation of contracts, but also during their execution and in dispute resolution.
