About Juan Pablo Sandoval García

Juan Pablo Sandoval García is a partner at COMAD, S.C. and a key member of its litigation and dispute resolution practice, focusing on complex construction and infrastructure disputes including complex arbitrations under the ICC, ICDR, CAM and LCIA rules. His experience includes administrative, civil and commercial litigation, as well as constitutional proceedings (amparo), often involving public authorities and high-value projects. He advises on disputes related to variations, payments, termination and performance under Mexican law, particularly in public works. He also has experience in construction contract administration, including FIDIC and NEC frameworks, supporting dispute prevention and case strategy. He holds a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and studied at postgraduate level in construction law and arbitration.
