About Roberto Hernández-García

Roberto Hernández-García is the managing partner of COMAD, S.C., with extensive experience in international construction law and dispute resolution. His practice covers contract structuring, project administration, dispute prevention and dispute resolution across infrastructure sectors, including energy, transport and industrial projects. He is a FIDIC-certified dispute board member, trainer and procurement specialist, and has served in dispute boards and adjudications under FIDIC and NEC frameworks. He also acts as arbitrator under major institutional rules, including the ICC, ICDR and LCIA. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and of leading international construction law organisations.
