About Roberto Hernández-García

Roberto Hernández-García is a partner at COMAD S.C. who, in addition to his Mexican legal education, has studied negotiation, AI, mediation and construction law at Harvard, MIT and Cambridge. Roberto specialises in transactional and dispute resolution work in the construction sector. He is a FIDIC-certified adjudicator and included in the organisations President’s List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators. He is also an International Panel member of the ICDR (American Arbitration Association) and has experience on dispute boards and as an arbitrator in engineering and construction projects in Latin America. Roberto is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, and a Fellow of the International Academy of Construction Lawyers.
