About Charlotte Weekes

Charlotte Weekes is the head of Pinsent Masons’ life sciences group and a key partner in the firm’s IP practice. Charlotte acts on ground-breaking patent and Supplementary Protection Certificate (SPC) litigation before the High Court and the UK Court of Appeal and has been involved in many of the precedent-setting life sciences patent cases in the UK. She has also represented clients in the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom and in the ECJ. Charlotte manages a busy and growing patent and SPC litigation practice, advising major pharmaceuticals clients such as Teva, Accord, and Fresenius Kabi.
