She acts on ground-breaking patent litigations before the High Court and the Court of Appeal, and has represented clients in the House of Lords and the CJEU. Charlotte has been involved in many of the precedent-setting life sciences patent cases in the UK. She understands the commercial aspects of clients' businesses, and the advisory work she undertakes is in the context of product management and securing timely market access. Her recognition of her clients' commercial goals is reflected in her approach to litigation and associated market access/freedom to operate advice.
