About Karen Gallagher

Karen Gallagher is a partner in Pinsent Masons Ireland’s intellectual property team. Her expertise spans contentious and advisory IP, AI and Data, and she is well known for acting in high-profile patent disputes. She is an Irish Solicitor, England and Wales Solicitor Advocate, UPC Representative, Irish and European Trademark Attorney, Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and AI Governance Professional (AIGP). Karen co-leads Pinsent Masons’ international generics and biosimilars focus group. She is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) Patents Committee; the Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys (APTMA) UPC Committee; and the Law Society of Ireland Intellectual Property and Data Protection Committee.
