About Jane Bourke

Jane Bourke is a senior associate at Pinsent Masons Ireland. She holds a master’s degree in IP and IT from University College Dublin and is a registered Irish trade mark agent. With over ten years’ experience as a solicitor, Jane has a broad litigation background across IP and technology matters, as well as experience in transactional and data-related work. Notably, she has worked on one of the first website blocking injunctions granted in Ireland. Jane has also represented patent-owning companies in several high‑profile patent litigation matters in Ireland, including the litigation concerning the SPC for Truvada involving Gilead.
