About Neal Morris

Neal Morris is a Construction, Advisory and Disputes partner at Pinsent Masons, with over 30 years’ experience advising construction companies on major disputes on large infrastructure projects. He has been ranked Band 1 in Construction by Chambers and Partners for 20 years. Neal is former head of TeCSA’s Adjudication Committee, is a published author and a speaker on construction law. He is an expert in dispute resolution and PFI, NEC and JCT contract-based disputes, including internationally. He led the development of the firm’s Adjudication Decision Data Analytics tool and created its Procurement-to-CompletionTM advisory service to manage risk on live construction projects.
