About Stuart Barr

Stuart Barr is a Projects partner at Pinsent Masons and has over 20 years’ experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors. He is co-lead of the global PPP market team. Stuart acts for public authorities, sponsors, contractors and funders on a range of economic and social infrastructure as well as energy from waste and renewable energy projects in the UK and overseas. He leads on highly complex transactions across the UK and Ireland, and is recognised by peers and clients as a market leader. A large part of his practice is advising on PFI/PPP operational issues (including dispute resolution, settlement and expiry/handback).
